I had a great service experience with Thomas and Kayla. It had been almost a year since my last car wash, and when I returned to Tidal a few days ago, Kayla greeted me warmly, and Thomas remembered me as a regular from the past and welcomed me back. I had gone there faithfully when the Tidal in porters neck first opend. They both went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I've gone to other car washes in town... & hands down this location is the best Wilmington has!!! It feels great when customers are recognized and remembered by Tidal team members. That personal touch, combined with their outstanding service, made my experience even better. Thank you, Thomas and Kayla, for making me feel valued! And their dedicated hard work that makes clients day so much better and cars immaculately cleaner!

I was having one of the worst days I’ve had in a long time, the kind where everything seems to go wrong. Traffic was stressful, people were cutting me off, and I just felt completely drained. I decided to stop by for a car wash, not expecting much, but that’s when I was greeted by Gavin. His kindness and genuine smile completely shifted my mood. It sounds simple, but the way he showed up with such positive energy truly uplifted my spirits in a moment when I really needed it. It reminded me how much of a difference one person can make, no matter the setting. Because of Gavin, this location stands out as the best. It’s more than just a car wash, it’s an experience that can turn your whole day around. The world needs more people like him, and I’ll absolutely be coming back.

I had such a great experience here! My boss was coming into town, and I needed my car looking its absolute best. They went above and beyond- my car was spotless inside and out and literally sparkling. The attention to detail was amazing, and they made it look almost brand new. I was so relieved and impressed. Highly recommend if you need your car cleaned up quickly and done right!

My “go to” car wash from now on. Got a simple wash. They used a hand brush around entire car before it goes through the wash. Came out much cleaner than Whistle Stop ever did. My tire rims were actually clean without me having to clean them by hand. Very happy!!! The vacs are located in shade which is great when the sun is blazing. Lots of cleaner solution & cloths. Very nice & clean too!

There is no phone to the local business. I lost my debit card and while waiting to get a new one the club fee became due. There was no one to call and the system tried to charge my card at least 5 times a day to a card that had been canceled. I called the phone nunber that is online and was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. No one ever answered. Just went straight to music playing. Had to find an online form to cancel my membership. Otherwise, the staff at this location are great! They were always helpful!
